Acorn Hills offers spacious 4-bedroom single family style apartment homes. Each home features a private drive, lawn, porch and patio, attached garage, and no one living above or below you.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. Cats and dogs are both welcome with certain breed restrictions. Please view our Pet Policy for complete details on deposits, monthly rent, and breed restrictions.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
How do I apply?
You can apply by visiting our leasing office during business hours or by contacting us through our contact form. We'll be happy to guide you through the application process.
What amenities are included?
Our homes include central air, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, hook-ups for full size washer and dryer, attached garage, private drive and lawn, porch and patio. Community features include a fenced playground and professionally maintained landscaping.
Is there an income restriction?
Yes, Acorn Hills Apartments is an income-restricted property. Not all renters will qualify and other restrictions may apply. Please contact our Leasing Office for details.
